Our Weekend

I hope everyone had a HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Seph stayed for most of the tricker treaters and then headed to Stockton for some hunting and to help his dad cut. His mom was here with Emily and me until about 1pm on Saturday. Then, little lady Emily and her mommy have been flying solo (daddy should be back by 6pm tonight). Friday night Emily did NOT have a restful night. However, last night was AWESOME and I feel well rested - again. Overall, I can't complain with her schedule - she does go for at least one 4-5 hour stretch at some point between 9pm and 5am :) And nursing is still going very well and she even takes a bottle of breast milk every other day or so without problems.

Its been beautiful these last 3 or 4 days. Roxi, Emily Jo and I have been on numerous short walks around the neighborhood. Trying to take advantage because next week we transition into WORK AND they're calling for rain and cold for most of the week :( I have managed to get the laundry done and most of the house clean. Just have to vacuum when Seph gets home tonight (I don't know why I feel like I can't do that without somebody else to keep an eye on her)?! LOL - silly, I know.

I need to post a recent picture of Emily Jo because she IS changing daily - especially last night I think!!! Oh, and she rolled from her back to her tummy already - ok, so it was on the couch which I know is a soft surface - but STILL!!! Maybe I'll get just the shot later today and post for you.

We are looking forward to our trip to Winfield next weekend for Kristi's baby shower and to meet more family!!! Seph will be going back to Stockton to get his fill of hunting and helping his dad some more. I will meet up with Alexa in Emporia and follow one another with our little ladies. I sure hope Golly and Papaw are ready for a house full of little ones - again! :p
