She got her shots today and SCREAMED like I have NEVER heard! It broke my heart and I am pretty sure Seph could not have handled the shots AND hearing his daughter scream like that. I was glad to comfort her and happy it was time to nurse :-) She's been pretty good this evening (just lots of mommy/nursing time). The Dr. stated he has "no problem with fat breastfed babies" - HAHA!!! She weighed in at 11lbs 8oz and measured 21 1/2 inches (wonder where she gets the height challenge from???)!!! The red mark on her face is a hemangioma and most likely will continue to increase in size before slowly diminshing. He said it could take even up to 6 years to go away, which surprised me. But it is strictly cosmetic and no health concern.
