So, I just don't think our new landscaping and memorial day weekend will quite get a dedicated blog entry liked planned (sorry). But I am sure I will manage to get some pictures posted for you to browse ;-) Check them out to the right!
Emily is crawling (army crawl) EVERYWHERE! She naturally loves to go after anything she can't have (Roxi's toys, water and food dish, phones, cords, etc). She LOVES to give kisses, but beware of the tongue! We started her in swim classes this week at our gym. She did very well, kicking and "swimming" after a ball. She loved "jumping" in too - it is a fun class, singing cheesy songs :) We will continue these classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the month of June! Oh, and she got her FIRST tooth last week! Bottom middle - had her first temperature ever with it, but it wasn't horrible so I am thankful for that!
With Emily being mobile now and needing more attention during her wake hours I have had to make a sacrifice and find more daycare help. She now goes to daycare on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays :( I'm really bummed about it, but every minute of every day I was torn between being a mother or a good employee - ugh! It was fun while it lasted I guess....and I HOPE getting 3 uninterrupted days a week allows me to complete my job to my normal quality. That is not to say I am not working the other 2 days, because I very much am - just while juggling her :o
Seph is going to his cousin's bachelor party tomorrow in Minneapolis and Joni is coming to KC today. She has been watching Hailey and Taiylor all week in Stockton. Shawna and Dick come back on Sunday into KC sooo.....we will go to the petting zoo and have fun with the girls. Then, I am leaving Saturday evening to go party it up with Lex in Emporia! Leaving Joni with her granddaughters - wonder who will have more fun :p?!? Although, Seph and I will both have to get up early to be back for mass Sunday because we have baptism classes that are required for Emily to be baptized on July 12th - all are welcome, will send out evite next week so you can rsvp if you can make it.

wow, very cute and is getting bigger! She looks to enjoy the water....and having a great time in the park. Hope all is well and look forward to seeing Emily soon.
