Lots to talk about

Seph has been very hard at work this Spring in our yard.  From the garden, to the vineyard to the  gazebo....moving onto the raised flower bed and planned patio connecting the two decks.  Once it "dries" up we'll be having a staining party (or just hire it done) to Thompson water seal and stain all the wood around here - two decks and fence!  UGH - I am not looking forward to that!!!  Busy, busy while Emily Jo and I just hang with our friends playing outside :)

We took her to the carnival last weekend and she LOVED it!  Check out the link to some new pictures on my mobile me here.  The girls in the pictures are our neighbors' kids that she runs with a lot - Angie and Kierstyn.

These next six weeks are going to fly by.  I am "ready" at home.  Laundry is washed and Emily Jo has been sleeping in her new twin size bed for a week now.  She even makes it every morning!  All her clothes have moved from drawers to her newly configured closet.  She is so proud to be so big!  Now, I just need to wrap up some projects at work to feel good about putting my duties on "hold" for a few weeks there.  Yep, just like with Emily Jo I will take two weeks off to recover from the c-section and then transition back to work.  I am thankful and grateful to have a unique opportunity to bring my newborn to work with me during the early months and the flexibility to work from home!!!

Emily Jo and Seph are at the Bellerive Bash this weekend.  Leaving me alone.  I've done quite a bit of reading, relaxing, catching up on TV, shopping, spa, and even went to a movie (Bridesmaids) by myself for the first time.  HILARIOUS show by the way!!!  Now I am focused on organizing about 10 totes of clothes and getting laundry done.

They seem to be getting along JUST FINE without me.  Emily Jo didn't even want to say hi to me :(  I'm way sad....hope they call again as I've only talked to them about 2 minutes since they left Friday morning.

DON'T FORGET TO ENTER YOUR GUESS FOR BABY B!
