Milestone MET!!!

We are thrilled to share with you that Audrey has now mastered sitting up on her own!  She is able to push herself up with ease from both sides.  I am doing cartwheels I am so excited!!!  She is one proud and super happy baby!  Her big sister is pretty excited about it too!

We are struggling a bit finding a permanent placement (or therapist) for Audrey.  We are exploring different options and approaches.  Its been challenging since both OT and PT are recommended.  PT focuses on gross motor (crawling, sitting, etc); the concern here is her left leg seems to "drag" when she crawls.  OT focuses on appropriate "play" and coordination.  Please say a prayer that we find the right fit for us!

We are all having a fantastic summer!  Spending lots of time in the neighbors pool on the hot nights and enjoyed a fun weekend with awesome friends from St. Louis.  Really just lots of time with friends, but I am feeling a void for some family time, which is on the books for July!  :)

And the HIGHLIGHT of the month was the arrival of our new NIECE!!!  My brother and his wife welcomed their second daughter, Stella Lou on June 5th.  We love her to pieces and can't believe it was another GIRL!  YIKES!
