Pumpkin Retreat!

We enjoyed our annual pumpkin carving "camping" trip with the Mays!  However, we can't really call it camping, because this is now the second year in a row (and third overall time) we have taken up the offer to stay at my boss's lake cabin in Mound City on Sugar Valley Lake.  It's just perfect and SO EASY (not to mention more comfortable - ha)….AND Less to pack!!!!!!!

This tradition began with just Seph and me when we started dating.  I really think it was year #1 too!  Which would have been back in 2005 - yikes!  We have of course invited others to join us over the years.  The more the merrier.  Our awesome friends and neighbors have been the consistent "adoptees" of the weekend since 2009!  Such a great time and wonderful memories made every single trip.

The families have grown and we now have FIVE kids to keep up with!  They all love each other so much!
