On Sunday we hit the road in a rented suburban. The three girls crammed in the third row safely in their boosters. It was a smooth ride and after ski rentals and grocery store errands we arrived at condo about 6pm. Lyla and Emily did ski lessons Monday and Tuesday while the four adults hit the slopes! Good times and great memories made for sure!
I felt kind of bad for Audrey in daycare those two days but she was happy to go both of the days so I was thankful! On Wednesday all seven of us went tubing for a very quick/short, cold and windy hour. I wasn't a fan and the girls didn't seem to be totally sold.
All in all the four days were filled with a perfect balance of fun, relaxation and down time. It snowed 31" at the base in the four days we wer there. Had a great balance of dinner/lunch out and just hanging around the condo. And made it home Friday afternoon with the weekend to unwind and prepare for a hellacious week back at work!
