EASTER WEEKEND

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! We sure did!

Our home was filled with Bellerive's and fun all weekend! Friday night we joined James et al for a fish fry - thanks so much! Saturday I was "Suzie" for a bit, as Joey liked to call me ;-) The men went gambling and the gals went shopping! We enjoyed the beautiful weather, decorating 4 dozen eggs for the "big" hunt outside! That evening Joey and Joni treated us to an awesome steak dinner at Jess and Jims - YUM - and thank YOU! And don't think for one second the rolls weren't reversed that night where the GIRLS (and Joey) went gambling! :) The dads had bedtime duty! I think that worked out just perfectly myself! You know Joni and Joey, there is always time for a trip to the casino when in KC!

We pushed our kids to the limit during mass, as Emily Jo couldn't quite make it through without losing it. And I do think Will and/or Parker had to be evacuated from the service as well :( We then enjoyed a feast back at our house. And the whole weekend was topped off with Joey's homemade icecream!!!! It was a hit all around - just ask Emily Jo, she'll tell ya! Thanks, Pepere for spoiling her - good thing I wasn't in the room :p LOL

I didn't do the greatest at taking pictures this weekend. I'll do better maybe next. We will be going to Hays to celebrate Will, Parker, and Jaxon's birthdays!!!

Oh yeah, by the way the easter egg hunt and toss never did happen. Woops. It was jus that crazy. Anybody want some egg salad? LOL

Emily got her 6 month pictures taken this morning. And let me tell you, she was quite the ham! Look for a new post later this week with sneak peeks and an update on how she is doing!
