First and foremost - HAPPY FATHERS DAY to Steve, Joey, Seph, and ALL the rest of you! A father plays a very important role in children's' lives and to each one of you close to me, you are AWESOME! I am thankful to be surrounded by such wonderful male role models and protectors.
As many of you may know, Joni was gracious enough to come stay with Emily Jo for the weekend while Seph and I took off to Branson for two nights. Our gift to each other for Father's Day and my Birthday. We did some shopping, swimming, lots of resting, eating, and drinking :) We are revived and thrilled to be back at home with Emily this HOT summer day!
...update 3 hours later: Been to urgent care, Emily has her first case of pink eye. I will be starting my busy week at home with her. Thankful I have the option to work from home when needed!!!
