So Emily Jo's teacher, Ms. Joeckel has a color coded behavior system. Each child has a clothes pin with their name and starts each day on green, in the middle. She explained this at meet the teacher night and assured us they get many warnings before getting "clipped down". There are three levels of clipping down and two levels to clip UP to.
Guess what this post is about? Ha - yep, Emily Jo got clipped down to yellow "warning" on DAY #2 of Kindergarten!
At first she tried to claim she didn't remember why she got clipped down. Obviously, I did not buy that claim. Then she shared that she left her center (play station area).
Awesome. And so IT begins....
